Everyone needs mentors at some point in their lives. Even the most experienced business mogul needs mentors for specific areas they are having trouble with or just learning about. Because of business mentor's specialized skills in their specific field hiring one can be very costly. In general, they are worth it or they wouldn't be in business. The problem comes in when a person is looking to increase their knowledge through a mentor or mentoring program but doesn't have the cash for the expensive fee's that can be involved.
