Those sites that require payment actually get their data mostly from sites that are available for free for the general public. So it would be smarter to get to those free sites, would it not? The problem: there is a lot of those so called free sites and they are spread all over the net so finding them all also takes a lot of time. So, basically, those premium background check services are more like time saving processes than as offers of exclusive information.
