Let's face it, if you're already sedentary before you starting working from home, it's only going to get worse. Now, you don't even get the small exercise of walking to and from your car. Maybe you used to stop at the gym on the way to or from work and now you don't. When you work from home there's no one to see you eating, no one to judge you if you do eat that second donuts. You get to wear more comfortable clothes, which are more forgiving than your old business suit, so you might not even notice until it's too late that those pounds are starting to add up.
