Conflict is inevitable, how one handles it is a whole new realm. There is really only one way to truly deal with conflict, the only way that nurtures positive outcomes. The way forward, the key to conflict resolutions, the way through forgiveness...in today's world this concept is blurred because egos have become the Gods of the 21st century and forgiveness contradicts the very pride of one's ego for to forgive is too humbling for and too wounding to one's ego....ironically forgiveness allows egos to grow and bloom....forgiveness requires virtue...virtue requires discipline... the way forward for the future of mankind...forgiveness as the key to all conflicts, the secret to resolve.
