Ok, let me clear the uncertainty about the technology with which you can be able to make your car to run on water. There is lot of debate on internet where people with less or no knowledge on the subject maintain the opinion as it's a "scam" and try to convince others too that "they are practicing the same scam that they did in the 70's". Well, make a deeper thought; you know it really has the potential to wipe out the oil industry, so it is possible that powerful oil companies created the negative image of this technology. And why the giant, with billion dollar business, companies are investing millions of dollars in this technology if it is a so called "scam". Hopefully the false belief has been shattered with this fact finding.
